Vinyasa Yoga

Suited for all levels, Vinyasa uses breath as a roadmap to connect standing, seated and arm balancing postures. Get ready to dig deep and leave it all on the mat.


A fusion of the original Lotte Berk method, yoga and pilates to tone your body and define your muscles using light weights, high reps and isometric movements. This exercise will fatigue your muscles and transform your body! New to barre? We use modifications and challenges to meet you where you’re at in your practice so beginners and barre enthusiasts are all welcome!

Buti Sculpt

Get your sweat on! In Buti Sculpt workouts, we focus on building long, lean muscle tone while kicking the body into a heightened metabolic state. HIIT workouts are excellent for burning maximum body fat due to the intervals of max heart rate and max effort. The EPOC (excess post exercise oxygen consumption) is maximized after performing Buti Sculpt workouts. The benefits of maximized EPOC include hormone balancing, cellular repair, and drastically increased metabolism for the 36 hour period following a HIIT workout.

Rasamaya Yoga

Rasamaya® translates in Sanskrit as “fluid” and is a method of yoga that focuses on weaving one of the nine major rasas (emotions) through an entire flowing class. Rasamaya® yoga classes always begin with intention setting and  may weave various yogic techniques such as chanting, breath work and meditation into creative movement flows that are grounded in the chakra system (or subtle energy system). These classes leave the body expanded and the mind grounded.
