Yoga For Kids! (4 week Series)

For Kids ages 5-8! Let Miss Marina welcome your little one to the practice of yoga! Yoga is a wonderful noncompetitive physical activity for children and a great way to encourage self esteem and body awareness while fostering cooperation and compassion.

Class Duration: 45 minutes

Parents are welcome to stay but drop off is recommended.
