Want to start a yoga practice but not sure where to begin? Join Marina for Yoga 101! In this 4 week series you will learn:
- a brief background of yoga
- breathing exercises and techniques to use on and off the mat
- basic postures and how to modify them for your body
- how poses work together to create a "flow"
You'll leave this workshop feeling ready and confident to tackle any class on our schedule. Come see what yoga is all about!
